i struggled with the lousy quality of the mallard flank feathers 

a giant bag of mostly useless feathers 😪

thread - Danville 6/0 pale olive
butt - UniStretch chartreuse
body - olive/FTD Sunburst olive
wing(s) - deer hair dyed olive
legs - knotted pheasant tail
collar - pheasant rump dyed olive

Gettin' ready for 2 weeks of deer hunting and chicken chuckin' down at Sitka.

These are some Non-Pelagic Squids I brought back from the last trip and put new chicken on. The heads were re-used as is.
