I was going to guess George Letort. 😁

Mark, you've been king of the letort (retort) recently😉

Sadly, I will be gone for 12 days on a deer hunt / fishing trip so you will have to go without for a little while.

Speaking for everyone, cause why not. We'll miss you. On the other hand have a great time. Venison in the freezer! Elk hunting for me either this weekend or next.

Have a great time, Mark.

I kept at it with the deer belly and finally managed to make it work for me, for both collar and head. A lesson in less is more. Much less. From the side and from below:

Maybe it's just me - but that long black ride sure looks like a Chrysler Imperial,  or a model of one (and now that I've demonstrated just how old I am... I'll shut up).

Pretty sure that’s a Coupe de Ville, ‘59 or ‘60. I was only 5 then, but our neighbors used to buy a new Caddie every 2 years.

@Capt Bob LeMay, I think you're right, it looks like a plastic model... I found the pic on my phone looking up 1958 black Cadillac, and couldn't see that well. 🙄

Onward and upward...

@Mogup sent me a fun gift, which arrived Saturday and I've finally gotten to it. An owl casting... of regurgitated muskrat.

Turned it into this Harrop variation:

Pretty sure @SBPatt

is correct.  It's a '59 Caddy, the bullet tail-lights and groovy curve on the front edge of the angle window give it away.
