Christian.s 0 Report post Posted January 1, 2021 Not sure if if this is a good place to post this but if anyone has access to a Cricut machine you can set cut lines to what ever width you want down to a 1/16 of an inch wide. I did these in 1/8 increments. Gonna make life a lot easier when making flies that need thin skin as a wing case or over the back of caddis nymphs! Got my girlfriends approval first lol. skeet3t 0 Report post Posted January 1, 2021 Good idea. I don't tie any flies that would require the material.
Jaydub 0 Report post Posted January 1, 2021 That looks cool. Quicker and more uniform than a straight edge and rotary cutter or scissors.
Chris_in_Louisiana 0 Report post Posted January 1, 2021 Great idea. I've experimented with cutting craft foam before, but hadn't considered thin skin. I'll have to give that a try. Chris
