Kid Tier 0 Report post Posted April 8, 2005 Try streamers like a finn or a bugger presented from up stream. Postion yourself above the fish and cast behind or to the side of the fish. good luck
Guest Report post Posted April 8, 2005 Until recently most of the productive flies were large, white and had tinsel. The fish are starting to acclimate and started feeding on natural forage. Some are looking up and showed interest in dries, but none would commit. I started fishing with a 16 olive wet on Monday and took several since then on the same fly. Here's another that's been working. I fish these behind a slighted weighted nymph.
