Nice tip, thanks Bob, added to my fly tying account on HathiTrust (public domain)... Here's a link for the like-minded...

my version of his Stonefly Creeper

Nice fly FishingBob, and very similar to Mark Libertone's Lil Dorothy:

Just packaged up the stones for the swap.  The only problem I see is that the flies I send you may look a lot like FishinBob's caddis flies!  Either way they'll be dropped at the pony express tomorrow AM.

Yeah, I think I've sort of written those guys off. Funny thing is I got some flies from our host for another reason but not the swap flies. Same post office at almost the same time but one set never made it.

ps...He said there was some sort of incident at the PO. Maybe they threw out all the ones with blood on them.

Browsed through this thread. mickmac1's Tellico nymphs look great! However...I have never caught anything on them, even fishing the Tellico River here in Tennessee. Retired USFS fisheries biologist said it imitates bees that fall into the water.

Thanks for participating.   Only one dropped out for health reasons. I am mailing these out.  Hopefully the USPS doesn't let us down!  Again, thanks for participating!
