flytire 0 Report post Posted May 15, 2021 i used to have one many years ago. wish i still had it its an old style tippet spool dispenser the spool gets installed on the center peg and the tippet exits through the grommets on each side of the box the green pad is removable it should hold four tippet spools. 2 on each side Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Poopdeck 0 Report post Posted May 20, 2021 It's an organizer not a space saver. A quick look easily shows that contraption takes up at least 30% more space then 4 spools of tippet. Probably why you don't see them much anymore. I click my spools together (another innovation that relegated the box to not needed status) and hang them from a wader strap with a doubled over short length of 550 cord and a 25 cent cord lock.
