Alc609 0 Report post Posted October 13, 2021 Anyone know what the real fine rubber pieces are from that are dyed and added to some dubbings? Is it maybe from some type of bungee cord? What are some additions you add to your homemade dubbings?
niveker 0 Report post Posted October 13, 2021 I imagine it depends on the brand and the type of dubbing, I always just assumed it was shredded tiny rubber legs on the ones have. I'm not real adventurous when it comes to blending dubbings, usually a mix of natural hair and/or yarn, and a little synthetic yarn or dubbing for a bit of 'bling' or shine. flytire 0 Report post Posted October 13, 2021 materials like spanflex can be split apart into fine individual strands/fibers and added to a composite dubbing loop you can also use centipede rubber legs

RickZieger 0 Report post Posted October 13, 2021 Yes it dubs well. It is like ice dubbing. Rick
