Hooks for Fish Skull Baitfish Heads?

I bought some Fish Skull Baitfish Heads in size small this weekend along with some B10s in size 6 and 8. My plan was to make some micro articulated streamers for some of the creeks I fish. However, the hook eye on the B10s is too large to go through the slot on the Baitfish Head. I tried some other streamer hooks I have, but they have a bent eye and the Baitfish Head wouldn't seat properly. So...what's your favorite hook to use with these things?

Unless the sizes have changed this is what I can fit in a size small Fish Skull.

maybe you can enlarge the hole to fit?

Fits hook sizes #8, #6, #4.

Small/Medium
Fits hook sizes #4, #2, #1.
Weight: 0.79 grams (0.028 ounces).

Medium
Fits hook sizes #2, #1, 1/0.
Weight: 1.26 grams (0.044 ounces).

Large
Fits hook sizes 2/0, 3/0, 4/0.
Weight: 2.46 grams (0.087 ounces).

Note: Baitfish Heads have been sized using standard-length streamer hooks as a reference point. However, due to the wide variance in hook sizes and shapes found between the different hook manufacturers, this only provides general guidance to the hook sizes suitable for each size head. We suggest you experiment to find the optimum hook for the particular streamer pattern you wish to tie.

Well maybe I just need to push harder... If they fit on a #4 B10s I would expect them to fit on a smaller size.
