SalarMan 0 Report post Posted December 13, 2021 This simple tip keeps your bodkins clean and free of head cement residue. Buy a commercial/restaurant type salt shaker, pack tightly with copper scrubbing pad material and there you have it. Works like a charm.

RickZieger 0 Report post Posted December 13, 2021 Another tip. When tying in small bead chain or dumb bell eyes make one wrap around the eyes and then pull down onto the hook They will be placed exactly where you want them. Rick
DFoster 0 Report post Posted December 14, 2021 Excellent tips gentlemen thank you! I bought one of these waspi applicator bottles to keep from applying head cement with my bodkins. I filled it with Sally Hansen's and after 5 months it hasn't dried or thickened. It allow super accurate cement placement and works as shown here in the video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eWTgfjAhoNY&list=PL-x7IXRms3aXO5wQ1ab2yk2zi1otsswvD&index=
