Midnight Martini - a low light pattern and the first of this series I had tied Hook - Mustad 9674, 2-10 Thread - black or olive Body - black chenille Bucktail Halo - black bucktail with black flash (flash-a-bou used here) 2 strands each mid-line Gill - red chenille Head - dark olive chenille wrapped ~twice the diameter of the body Dirty Martini - a general grey/silver baitfish pattern Hook - Mustad 9674, 2-10 Thread - black or olive Body - grey chenille Bucktail Halo - black bucktail with silver flash (Krystalflash used here) 2 strands each mid-line Gill - red chenille Head - (medium) olive chenille wrapped ~twice the diameter of the body Who knows this answer? - Just how did the James Wood Bucktail get its name?
