Great video. Cheers for posting it, you guys over the pond call the caseless caddis a rock worm or is that a different insect?

Not heard of the term rock worm. The caddis is referred to as a sedge here. So the larvae of the sedge can be cased or not although only the cased version is targetted with specific ties because an uncased larvae can be matched with varying hares ears, diawl bachs, PTN etc etc fished slow, fast, high or low.

Here in the southeast, we called the cased caddis a rockworm. Lots of caddis in some of the freestone streams.
