That stuff in the first picture, I believe, is "Eyelash Yarn".

No idea where to find mop material like the second picture!

Okay ... Rich has asked me to forward another E-mail.  This in response to Mike West's questions.

"I put a note in each swap package, stating what the extra material is.  Also, had my email addy.

First one is Wendy Eider Chunky Yarn.  Second one is Rub-a-Dub Yarn.

Both only available thru an online yarn shop.  Rub-a-Dub is expensive ...  17 bucks for 40 yards,  in 5 colors.

Thanks secretary Mike."

Since he called me "secretary" ... I felt obligated to correct the grammar and spelling.tongue.png

You may also be able to obtain long strands of MoP material by unraveling the strands rather than just clipping off the nubs. I can get black up to about 2 feet from a shower or bath rug I found at local dollar store, one just needs to follow the "grain" and pull the strand through the punched in holes or by cutting the backing away from the polar chenille.

Arrived today, terrific stuff, really great assortment, can't wait to have some fun with these. Thanks Rich, very generous in the extras and great idea. I think I may have shorted you on postage... Let me know how best to make that up to you
