Thanks it was doing a wiggle style dance on the paper, had to time the shots.

 

Came from right next to the house in a tributary to conneaut creek in nw pa.

 

Thanks for the clarification taxon, like I said I'm new at this

So is it a male or female and how do we know?

 

The most obvious clue to its sex is the absence of claspers, which it would have were it a male. So, I identified it as a female. Please see my previous post.
