So I want to tie a few a few Chubby Muffins. I've been having a hard time getting my dubbing brush as uniform as the one in the demo. Mine just comes out looking, clumpy for a lack of better word. I'm using small Uni Wire and doing pretty much what the demo says. If anyone has tied some of these and has input on the matter it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Lovely pics Alex. I liked the one with your little guy, I'm guessing your son, and the oversized Fishpond vest. I looked at that vest, and thought, "Boy this looks a lot like my vest". Then I realized, that's the vest I bought off you! It has done me well, thank you! You're not to far from me, we should fish one day!

I love it up there. I've been up there but haven't fished it yet. It's truly god country. I can't believe the camps are expensive. I thought for sure they'd still be super affordable. Guess I was mistaken though. Any information you'd be willing to divulge would be useful! *wink,wink,nudge,nudge*

I was under the impression that Little Pine Creek runs through Cedar Run. The pictures look like they're taken here. The bridge I think is 414 and it spans that little gorge. And the cliffs are being blocked by the shadows of the trees. If memory serves me right, there is a pretty big pool at that turn. Also, I see you're from Mill Hall. My girlfriend lives in Woolrich and I do some fishing down there. You should make me privy to some good local waters :thumbsup:

I'm new to tying, how does all of this work.? I'm assuming (potentially my first mistake) that there is a thread that outlines all of the pertinent information. So where should I look?

Gorgeous fly. I'm a little new to tying, so is that a klinkhammer hook? Also, what is the post material made of?
