Just an FYI for any of you flyfishers who live in Colorado. The New Zealand mud snail has been found in ElevenMile Canyon below the dam. Please remember if you fish this water to clean your waders, boots, net, and anything else that may allow these snails to hitchike, before you fish elsewhere. It would not take much to have these snails in many other waters in CO.
Thanks
