Was on the site last week and saw a note that Johnny was in hospital- today on another forum I saw a post saying Johnny has passed. I know nothing except what I saw posted.  Just thought I'd pass it on.

He had been having issues for about the past couple years. He had surgery a few weeks ago and they thought it went well but must have had some complications. I can't remember exactly how old he was but I know he was in his 80's, I want to say about 83 but can't remember exactly.

That's a shame, I know there were some problems towards the end but he ran a good site.

Yeah Johnny really should have let someone else take the business over about 2 years ago because there just became too many issues dealing with him, I had to stop using him last year. I think trying to keep the business running by himself probably added to the stress and such as well. Probably hard to let someone else take over when you have done something so long though, so I know that would not have been easy for him to let go of to someone else I'm sure.

Not surprised, hopefully he chose wisely in this life.
