Just received this jacket. It is light, well made, seams are well taped, and the cuffs fit tightly enough to prevent scooping water.

It hasn't rained here since it arrived on 31 Dec. It may not for a month. But I'm looking forward to the next time I see rain. My old Marmot mountaineering parka feels like a boat anchor compared to the Bean jacket.

This is one to consider.

I bought one of these too. I was using a Columbia rain jacket that luckily had some big pockets inside. This jacket is nice!
