  1. Yeah, if the city stops turning off the lights. The spot to fish them is on a river bend in a small town. On this bend the city park and bridges have many lights that attract baitfish and the Gar follow. Due to large mayfly infestations, the town keeps the lights off now to avoid the swarms. Its about a 3 hour drive for me and I only saw 2 Gar with my headlamp and didn't have shots. Damn city ordinences.
  2. Very fishy looking. Nice compact design!
  3. Looks like a fallfish. http://www.cnr.vt.edu/efish/families/fallfish.html That's what I was going to say! Nice Fallfish. They hit flies readily and get bigger also.

  11. Good tip! I wonder if Walmart would notice if their brooms all got a haircut.
  12. Sweet looking bug man. That would work for many many species from Carp and Sunnies to Trout and Salmon....very cool.
  13. Thats exactly what I made it for. When the Crappies are up shallow under docks and such, they just smoke it. I bought a pack of colored mylar twist ties from the hobby shop and they make great body wraps. I made red ones, blue, green, gold and they all work very well and of coarse extremely durable. Bass love to nail them also.
  14. Thanks, the dub I used has green in it its just hard to see in picture. With the emerald Ash Borer invasion it should be a good pattern. It would be better with legs, but I can't ever find good legs. The Japanese ones guys use look good, but I can't find them and they're probably overpriced.
