RBF: Guides, and spacing for shooting most line
Posted 27 April 2014 - 03:05 PM
Fishing in light saltwater for trout mostly.
I have been test casting a lot for several days, but being such a limited caster as I am, I can't agree with myself on what works best regarding to guides and spacing for distance casting.
I am building a Cts affinity X 7 wt and a MHX 6wt, and trying to figure out how to optimize the shootability of the rods.
So I hope you professionals can help me with Your thoughts on what kind of guides to use, and how to space them for best shooting abilities.
Thanks you for Your help!
