  1. With heart, determination, and some luck you could do this project for next to nothing, plus some hard, hard work. Be sure to check with your local zoning officer to make sure you stay legal with local codes. Check with the local fish commission/governing agency to see what fish you can use, and what you cannot. They can also help with pond info, which will be helpful. I know here in Pa. I can buy trout and stock them in my pond/ or on my property without permits. If I want to stock a public stream it gets complicated. I would encourage you to get away from the tv, and do anything outdoorsy.......it is these trial and error projects that will help round you out as an adult. Pick up a wrench and work on a lawn mower or two, tear apart your bicycle and rebuild it, take apart a radio to see how it works (a broken one, not dad's good one......lol). Just have fun; you will be surprised how much of this youthful fun will be experience gained as an adult.
  2. Sending up prayers my friend. God bless!!
  3. The NorVise is a system, and a pricey one at that. I wouldnt think this would not be your first vise. The Danvise is a great vise (I own one), and will do all you need plus some. I would suggest the pedestal for it if you get it. I bought mine off of ebay, and got a good deal shipped. I like to support my local shops, but my wallet dictates otherwise:)

  5. Cedar Run is above Slate Run on Big Pine creek. Beautiful area, and great fishing. There is some great fishing on Big Pine from Cedar Run on down. I spent about 15-20 summers a mile below Slate Run as a youngster and young man. I could devaulge a spot or two maybe..........lol. I would love to own a place up there, but property is way out of reach anymore. I can remember camps along Big Pine just below Slate Run going for 20k. Hindsight is 20/20......lol.
  6. Too big for Cedar run, gotta be big or little pine creek.
  7. I found a daylight brand desk light at my local goodwill.................$4.99 out the door!! Awesome deal on a $100.00+ light.
  8. Check out this site. Its a local shop in Telluride. Conditions as of yesterday on local waters, as well as what flies are working on what water. http://www.tellurideoutside.com/index.cfm?...subCategoryId=0 Have a great time!!
  9. Can you still fish fly's that are 15+ years old?? :dunno: I know I could just try them, but I thought I would get some opinions first...lol.
  10. I couldnt be happier. :ban: It is a great light! I am amazed at the difference in the quality of the light it projects. Good one Marc. I actually laughed out loud.
  11. I just bought a U23020 Daylight lamp at the Goodwill for $4.99....................................SCORE!! :yahoo:
  12. Great video, and great pics! This is not to far from where I live. As a child and young man my parents had a camper 1 mile below Slate Run. I spent all summer, every summer for many years in that valley. The waters I am most familar with are from Cammal to Cedar run. Were you right in Waterville? I cant tell from the pics where that bridge is located. Glad you had a good time in Pa., and accomplished your goal. Big pine is magical, I love that stream. The stream does hold much bigger trout; I have a 21 3/4 brown on the wall. :headbang:
