Backcountry report - 14 October...

Recommended Posts

Still no fly anglers this week - but will have three days with fly anglers by week's end... At any rate the fish are plentiful, and the 'glades still have very few anglers right now... Most of what we're doing each day only needs an 8 or 9wt rod with a floating line. For the big tarpon you're going to want a big stick in the 11 to 12wt category with an intermediate line... Now for the report (without one bit of flyfishing unfortunately...).
