SBPatt 0 Report post Posted December 2, 2016 hook - Dai Riki 280 #10 bead - 3/32 black thread - Danville 6/0 black tail - teal flank rib - small wire copper flash - large tinsel opal abdomen - ostrich herl brown hackle - partridge thorax - Ice Dub peacock black mash barb; slide bead on, jam a few wraps of non-tox in the backside start thread; tie in rib, wrap to bend strip some barbs off both sides of teal flank feather; arrange them so their curving away from each other measure (2/3 shank length); tie in tie in flash tie in some ostrich; twist together, wrap to 2/3 mark, tie off/trim pull flash forward over back; tie down/trim wrap rib; helicopter end, tie down prep partridge; tie in by tip, draw scissors blade back along top side to fold fibers wrap partridge, sweeping fibers back; tie off/trim dub thread dub thorax; half hitch x 2, SHHAN Regards, Scott Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
