i started on some crease flies, and a few of bob's bangers. they look pretty good, although there really isn't too much "tying" on either, other than the tails. these two flies are more like arts and crafts, since you are coloring, cutting, and gluing the pieces together.

i am going to do some peanut bunker and mullet patterns in the next few weeks to prepare for the fall run. i am also planning on doing some semper fleyes (a bob popovics creation), and some seaducers. i'll post some pictures of them when i get a chance, and learn how to work the wife's digital camera. dunno.gif

Also anyone who got a chance to get out on the water on the weekend make sure you post how you did in the "Fly Fishing Reports" section. I know I'm not the only one who fishes around here wink.gif

After massacreing some #22 Mosquitoes I was doing with Gadwall flank fibers, I decided to give myself a break (get rid of my headache) and put together a perch imitation with GP tippets, Gadwall, Lemon Wood and Lady Amherst.

I started to describe it yesterday, but it took too damn long to type out. It's pretty.
