  1. Whiting CDL hen. Wow. Big feathers mean big soft hackles. These are #8 3366, holographic tinsel, hare's ear mixed with a wee bit red wool.
  2. I have a plastic one from my rod building days.
  3. Hazel Mustad 9575 #6 UnDerBody silver tinsel (I omitted oval rib) white bucktail yellow feathers orange feathers (stuff I dyed) peacock jungle cock
  4. Fantastic dear hair work. As good as it gets.
  5. Carey Special hook - 9672 #8 tail - Ringneck Pheasant rib - tinsel (almost every color I have) body - peacock hackle - Ringneck Pheasant I saw this fly tied a bunch of different ways when I researched it on the innerwebs. I used different feathers from different areas of the pheasant trying to decide what I liked best. Ended up tying them like a big soft hackle.
  6. #10 - 94831 silver tinsel yellow kip mallard flank jungle cock hackle
  7. My wife has something similar to this. Works well. Still easier to bring flies out in the sun.
