Found this hackled Madam X on the Streamtender site; simple enough. Change color/size to suit your needs.


hook - Dai Riki 300 #8
thread - UTC 140 cream
tail - deer hair bleached
body - dubbing cream
head/wing - deer hair bleached
hackle - barred cream



Mash barb start thread at 2/3 mark; wrap to bend

Clean, stack, measure (gap width) a clump of deer hair; tie in, wrap to 2/3 mark
