This one is a new / rebuild for a customer. His blank was no longer in production to get a new section for so we removed his reel seat from his old rod and built a new rod around it. 9' 6wt with all brown burl grip and royal blue wraps / gun metal trim.

that second pic shows the turquois fade into the silver and blue...that is stunning!

it looks great with the burl.

I love that reel seat.  It's about time someone else appreciated the mind soothing color blue on a fly rod !!!
