I like the narrow trim. That's how I like to do them sometimes too, gives it kind of a classy classic look. Though lately I've been doing between 5 and 7 wraps for the trim and 3-4 on the size 1 guides. Course I'm not trying to satisfy a customer just myself LOL.  Nice rod as always !!

Interesting look.  Line guides just sticking out of the blank (invisible wraps) ... I can't quite decide if I like it or not.  (I think I do)
