Latest 10' 3wt out of the dryer this morning. This customer wanted more of a retro/nostalgic looking rod so I went with more of the smokey burl cork in the grip rather than the darker mix cork, used a coco brown for main wraps and then tipped them with a single turn of light metallic gold. Also went with more of a traditional grain wood seat rather than the burl wood. Overall I think it has a nice subtle traditional rod look to it.
