Have you tried the carbon fiber grips yet? They are pretty nice as well. I've used maybe 3-4 of them on rods. Nice and light...but something about the hi-tech look of the carbon fiber just doesn't quite do it for me though for some reason.

ohmy.png   Do you have pictures of the rods with carbon fiber grips?  I don't remember seeing that !!!

Yup, the high tech look doesn,t do any thing for me either but i,m going to give one a try just to see..i may like them but won,t know til i try one..yea, they got that low density foam core, very light.

Oh, yeah ... I remember those, now!

I liked them then, like them now.  They are excellent on a "themed" rod.

 

That said, I don't like them as much as that new grip you built for your own rod!
