Local basket case checking in. Not much sleep lately doing exercise/therapy. Got get flexibility back in wrist before strength excercies. Left broke shoulder still a big if. I got one good hand and one good shoulder but on different arms🙃. Managed to tie a fly today with some fingers working. Simple Clouser pattern.

It might hurt, but I am sure the re-hab exercises will pay off.  And exercising dexterity by tying flies ... all the better !!!

I like that fly. What synthetic have your used top and bottom?
