i use it and love it. i dont use it as a regular tubing type material though.

i take a saltwater or bass hook and and make a flat profile minnow imitation with it. insert the hook into the tubing, glue eyes on the front of the fly, and wrap the back end with some thread to form a tail and walla, you have a nice minnow. i coat mine with flex seal to keep it stiff, but still get decent movement out of it in the water.

you can use a marker on them and color them like a rainbow trout to. havent tried that one on the rivers yet, but will soon. i have fished them for (shh, dont tell anyone) bass with good luck. fish on a sinking line and get it deep and around the weeds and hold on!
