Found this over on a UK site; frogwater stuff.

hook - TMC 5212 #10

thread - Danville 6/0 brown

tail - pheasant tail

rear hackle - barred cream (undersize by 2)

rib - Uni Stretch brown

abdomen - dubbing tan

front hackle - brown (oversize by 1)

mash barb, start thread at 2/3 mark, wrap to point above barb

measure (hook length) some PT fibers; tie in (take one wrap under/behind and give it a good tug forward- helps set a bit of positive dihedral)/trim

tie in hackle (if you can find one with a darker center, cool; makes for a defined thorax); wrap tie off/trim, half hitch x 2, SHHAN
