Ive just joined the forum. Living in the Scottish Borders we have just come to an end of the `troot` season and in the height of the salmon season, but looking forward to the grayling season.
For me its a time for fly tying ,reflections and planning next seasons wild troot expeditions into the hill lochs.
Although I have great rivers like the Tweed on my doorstep ,my heart is still with the wee troots of the lochs in the hills
Cheers
Bob
