I have a photo of a mayfly and I am just wondering what it would be. Also what fly pattern do you think would suit this fly?

Given the resolution of the image you posted, I can only tell you the photo appears to be of a female spinner with two tails. As to imitation, I would suggest a spent mayfly spinner pattern with a body length, body color, and wing color similar to the natural in your photo.
