Tricos, sizes 18-24, spinners and several emerger/cripple patterns. To spare my eyes from too many tiny hooks, I tie a few weighted scuds in 14-18 after a dozen Tricos.

The scud pattern:

I have been tying a couple of different ones. The first one that I just finished up was a size 20 olive caddis pupae, the second one that I have been tying alot of is olive brassie soft hackle and the most recent is a variant of the usual. I use snowshoe hare for the tail and wings and thorax I use turkey biot. As soon as I get the pictures uploaded I will post them for your enjoyment.

Been tying a ton of caddis larva #12 #14 #16 and #18 in browns, greens, tans and olives. Has anybody seen the pre-spun dubbing brushes coming out of the Czech Republic? The make tying caddis larva, isopods, scuds and Czech nymphs so easy.

I've also been playing around with some crayfish patterns.
