Thank You.  Very generous.  The humpy is one of my top flies.  Now I can try different ties for it.

Sometimes I need expert advice which is why I talk to myself.

Thanks. Appreciate you sharing your experience and passion. I love the Humpy and Tom Thumb (Double Humpy). I like colors but also really like the looks of a peacock herl body. Your book reminded me of the Royal. Something I haven't tied in years but used to be a favorite with bluegill for me in Minnesota and Nebraska lakes.

Hi guys,

I recently got the 1mm foam suggested by flytire in an earlier post. It works great for those size #16 and smaller Humpies. It sure beats trying to trim 2mm foam strips. Take care & ...
