fcflyguy 0 Report post Posted September 18, 2005 Sorry guys try this www.the contented angler.com it should work I was just on his site but he has changed the featurded flys and the new minnow patterns are not on their now ,but the site is worth checking out how I tyed them is was with polar fiber or craft fur or any thing like that hook was a daiichi 1530 or a mustad 3908 tie in a peice of your craft fur ( your darker color first blue or charturse or gray they all look good) start tying it in about 1/4 of the hook back from the eye having you mat faceing over the eye and away from the barb side of the hook then tie in your second color (mostly alwaws white )over top the first color then fold them both back towards the barb side of the hook and tie off in frount of the mat. donot make a head with your thread once you fold it back use loon hard head or clear finger nail polish or even claer siclon and put your eyes on sorry I cant post a pic I donot have a camera yet.
