  1. Welcome LB. I grew up near Hershey Pa and have relatives in Pittston. Fond memories of FF in pa.
  2. I have used them for years and concur w/ what others have suggested about installing and heating...btw I like the idea of boiling water instead of a lighter...I'll have to give it a try on my new rods.
  3. nice fish! congrats!
  4. Woodman I am jealous. From what you have described it sounds like you are set for some great action. I would bet the pike will have spawned and the smallies will be staged to spawn. With cool water temps the pike should be active in the shallows and the bass will be just off the drops in 10-20 feet of water. Let me know how you make out and welcome aboard. Finhunter, thanks for the welcome.
  5. ditto...try using 2X...also if you are casting big poppers and flies try using a bass bug tapper flyline...makes a world of difference.
  6. welcome bill...i have fond memories of VT when I hiked the AT back in 86...sure was pretty
  7. hey cutthroat.trout nice to see some Minnesotans and if your ever in the area stop by for some fly fishing. flyfishpj, I will have to check the books...when do they usually come and what name do they book under?
