I will try that Stippled. Not sure about the hook placement as I make the balsa heads myself. I use a nail to get them sanded down and then run the hook in the middle. I seem to have to problems catching fish but think I'm gonna change to the hook on the bottom. What do you think?

First try at balsa poppers. Let me know what I need to change!
