Lil styrofoam eggs attached to hook with UV resin and light coat to toughen em up.

Due to severe budget cuts and economic down turn the light at the end of the tunnel has been turned off...

It's that time of the year.   They really good.  I haven't been to a craft store in a while.  I'll have to check and see what they have.  What size hook are you using?
