  1. Howdy all, it has been quite sometime since I have posted anything on the forum. Hope to become more active again here over the winter and share patterns as they come of the vise. Here is a recent tie, called the Yeah Mon! Straight from Trenchtown!

  3. Performance Flies will also be carrying the Polish Peacock Quills here in the near future. And he will have bunch of their Quills perfect making quill bodies. check out http://www.polishquills.com/
  4. Check out http://www.performanceflies.com/ Kevin has an nice assortment of the hooks you are looking for and a bunch of other really nice European Goodies. Cheers.

  6. Hope the midge braid works for you. You may also use Pearl Back braid by Sybai. That stuff works as well. Good luck.
  7. #12 on that particular fly. I also tie it in #14, #16 and #18 sizes. Deadly winter pattern. The blue bead is the key. This one is Brass, but Montana Fly Co and Nymph Head both make tungsten versions that work really well with the pattern as well. The fly is basically a thread tapered body and then the magic shrimp foil pulled over the back, rib wrapped and then coated with Clear Lacquer. Tight wraps.
