D-Rib is some great stuff . Wrapping it around a fly gives a nice segmented look .
Here's a little twist you might want to try !!! Weave It .
Here 's my woven Isonycia Nymph and a Black Stonefly I tied. You should be able to find something on the net to show ya how to do an Overhand Weave. Give it a try .
I had to post some Freshwater Critters. I was starting to grow Barnickles!

Those are some buggy looking nymphs.

 

Terje is a master at weaving ... look some of his flies up.
