RBF: First eyes are on. Oh ya

It took a few tries to get the top two eyes on and lined up but they are on. The only thing that is getting me is that the eyes are alittle lose even though I put pressure on the thread wraps. They are one footed eyes, that might help answer the question. I even put 5 or 8
Wraps behind the eye to secure it in place. I hope that the wicklong eyes will stop once I put the epoxy on them.
Any ideas?
