  1. Hey Will --- Thanks for the post. What can I say; guess I'm a leg man. Eagle Creek reservoir has some nice smallmouth bass and the crappie fishing can be very rewarding if you can find the channel of the old creek bed. Lots of reservoirs close to Indy with a chain of natural lakes around Ft Wayne (2 hr drive). Minnesota is my main fishing area; been going to the same lake since '56. Yes, I'm an old codger:)
  2. Thanks for the welcome Rockworm. I'm still stuck on dial-up so posting pics can be rather iffy; I'll give it a whirl though over the weekend
  3. Just wanted to stop by and say "Hello". I just started tying flies this winter; actually they are really just sponge rubber spiders but hey, you have to start somewhere. I like to do stuff outside most of the time but this winter has been so crappie (not the fish) that I decided to spend my time inside working on filling up a grocery bag with these little offerings for smallies and panfish. I really like the way they look with 12 legs. Yeah, I know they should only have 8 but I figure the fish don't count'em. I am really looking forward to seeing some neat stuff you guys are doing here and maybe expand my hatch chart to something beside arachnids.
