  1. Im using the foam method on a Needle. Really like how they float and VERY hard to drown. In lakes i have used the wash line technique (dry extended foam fly at the end and a buzzer0,5 meters up the tippet) Here is a picture. Regards Allan
  2. Hi iseestupidpeople. I use Futurefly flexible tungsten material underneath the hook in order to make it go upside down. furturefly /Allan
  3. Im doing it on my tube flies and some hook flies. Here is an example. Fly is a double hook Thunder and lightning variant. Spey. /Allan Here is another example. The technique come in handy when mounting the brass head, the glue on the thread will fix the head and then just melt the plastic tube. /Allan

  5. New Shrimp pattern. FFShrimp. Hook: Gamakatsu F314. Eyes: Burnt Monofilament Mouthparts: Pheasant rumpfeather. Dubbing: FF signature Autum Green. Legs: Latex cord. Shrimpshell: Clear Cure Goo Thick. Hope you like it. /Allan Overgaard
  6. After a Spectacular dive today, in a Danish Fjord called Isefjorden, i wanted to tie a couple of Sandgobys. Because there was lots and lots of them, in depths ranging from 0,5 meters down to 10 meters. They were everywhere. I used a Partidge JS Seastreamer size 6. Opossum skin for wing. Futurefly Dubbing in Autum green Futurefly Dumbell eyes 4mm. color : Y. Moon. The head of the fly is made from opossum in a dubbing loop. Ive cut the head material underneath in order to make the fly a bit more Goby like, with large pectoral fins and a quite large head compared to rest of the body. I hope you like them. Feedback, Good or bad is much appreciated. /Regards Allan
  7. Thanks for the compliment. Ive made a Step by Step for the fly but it is Danish language. Its a Pdf format, will i be able to upload a pdf ? Anyway i will look into it in the next couple of days. The Database ? Im just learning to navigate in here, really nice Forum. though. :-) /Allan
