mybadhabit 0 Report post Posted August 13, 2017 I just ordered a pair of 5X glasses, maybe now I will actually be able to see what I am doing on a size 18. I've used 2X and 3X glasses for years, now they just don't give me the detail I need for working on small flies, so I had to move up to 5X. I can't wait to see the difference it makes, I know what happened when I got the first pair of magnifiers, because my regular glasses didn't cut it even when they were new. I have avoided tying small flies because I just couldn't see with the detail I wanted to see and be confident that I was getting things done right, but hopefully these glasses will solve that problem.
