Recommended Posts

I live next to a world class grayling fishery. What are some good flies?

I have been researching grayling flies and was reading that Klinkhammer style flies were developed for grayling based on their mouth shape and how they feed. I would try those and report back! :)

I find that grayling will take just about anything from terrestrials to bait fish and aquatic patterns. I mostly use moose hair mosquitoes, spiders and ants. Streamers work well too.
