Steeldrifter 0 Report post Posted November 12, 2019 Well what was supposed to be just an over-wintering tank for the koi has somehow managed to turn into a display tank I guess. Bought a SunSun 304B filter and put on it today, got some pool filter sand for it and took a log I had over the pond and cut it to fit then attached it to the top trim so it stays at the angle I like. Also decided to do some aquaponics with some pothos and peace lilys. Made a piece for the rear of the glass lids out of light diffuser then cut & glued some black window screen across the diffuser so I could cut slots into the screen to hold the plants better. Think I am also going to move over 5 of my bichirs that are in a 20g grow out so they will have much more room in this 75g tank and the koi should not bother them at all.
