Right man, great advice. Thank you -
Hi guys, So, I just ordered the copic airbrush system along w/ some markers. Since the copic markers are alcohol based, I'm assuming I want to use an alcohol based primer as well? I know zinsser makes one I can spray on. Then, when it comes to the final clear coat...would a marine spar varnish in a spray can work well?? Appreciate any help fellas.

I am eventually planning on getting into painting some balsa wood poppers, I figured if I had the airbrush and a stencil I could kill two birds with one stone. -

I was wondering if anybody has airbrushed color on their flies, not styrofoam or balsa wood but bucktail, dubbing or synthetics? Curious about if that might last longer than the markers? I appreciate any feedback. Thanks guys!!!
