Which "surgical tape" is used?

W ... I believe Dron uses the paper fiber type medical tape, not the cloth tape. The cloth is too thick for what he does with it.

That's what he told me about a year ago. Go to his website... he has SBS for lots of incredible ties, almost always with unusual materials, and he uses paper surgical tape often.

I think you would be alone, Jedi, if you didn't. He's a favorite on this site ... both for innovative uses of non-standard materials and for excellent fish-able patterns.

That's the amazing thing... he makes these beautiful realistics, and he really fishes with them! If I ever tied one as pretty as his, I'd be afraid to get it dirty.
